Amazing experience! I called on a Saturday evening and was able to book an appointment for early Sunday morning. Nice, clean environment. Aicha was very friendly and asked questions throughout about how I was liking the hairstyle. I felt comfortable and welcomed to have a say in the outcome. Loved the finished product! I had an amazing experience! I was advised of the proper braiding style for me based on my hair type and the braids came out beautifully. I got a lot of compliments on my hair while I was travelling and people even asked for the braider’s info! The price was amazing and the vibe in the salon is unmatched. I came in recently after using Google to try to find a new salon to get my hair braided since I am still fairly new to the area and live about 30 minutes away. But it was certainly well worth the trip. I needed my natural hair detangled, washed, and conditioned before getting a new style of box braids. I was able to bring in my own color hair that I've been wanting to try out for quite a while now and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I absolutely love the length, the style, and the size and the amount of braids - (I didn't want them too small so that the takedown will be easier.) The stylists were very friendly and accommodating as well! I would definitely recommend and will be back myself!

I have gotten my hair braided for years now in the Northern Virginia area and Aicha African Hair Braiding is hands down the best place I have been to. They have a wide selection of hair colors and lengths for you to choose from and do not charge extra based on how many packs they use. They work quickly and extremely neatly and their prices are incredible. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair. I will 100% be back.

EXCELLENT customer service and family like environment! When I walked in I was greeted by every one. I needed an appointment at the last minute and they made it happen! Fatima is very kind, personable, and attentive, she used my name throughout my whole visit, which never happens at any other braid shop. She will make sure you are happy with your style. She did an absolutely amazing job. My son had his dreads done. Pricing is great. She can do lots of different styles male or female hair. My whole family literally goes to her only. Very easy to make an appointment. I highly recommend this! A+++++++++++
